Resources for Grant Recipients

Congratulations on your grant from ...forThetford.

This page gives you everything you need to promote your project, acknowledge your funding, and help us tell Thetford's story together.

Spread the word - it matters

When you share your story, you help demonstrate that investment in Thetford is making a real difference. Every post, article, or mention builds pride in the town and shows what community-led funding can achieve.

Your grant agreement includes a small number of communications conditions. They are straightforward, and this page gives you everything you need to meet them.

Your communications conditions

The following conditions are attached to your grant agreement. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

Which logo should I use?

There are two sets of logos in the library. Start with the lock-in - it is the right choice for most situations.

Logo lock-in: forThetford + Funded by UK Government + Pride in Place

Use this one first. It is the recommended choice for almost all materials. The lock-in brings together all three elements in a single asset: the forThetford programme, the UK Government funding, and the Pride in Place programme. This is the most complete way to acknowledge your grant and meets all your branding and recognition obligations (C2 and C5) in one go.

Use it on your website, social media, newsletters, printed materials, and any other communications relating to your funded project. It is available in claret red, black and white versions - choose whichever works best against your background.

forThetford logo (claret red and white) Use this where the full lock-in doesn't fit. If space is very tight, for example a social media profile picture, a small badge on printed materials, or a context where the full lock-in would be too small to read clearly - you can use the standalone forThetford logo instead. It is also available in a white version for use on dark or coloured backgrounds.

When in doubt, use the lock-in. It covers all bases in one asset. If you are unsure which version suits your design, drop us an email at info@forthetford.com (opens new window) and we will advise.

Posting on social media

When you post about your grant, please:

  • Tag us - we are @forThetford on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Use the hashtags - #forThetford and #PrideInPlace
  • Include the acknowledgement - 'Supported by the Community Support Fund forThetford'
  • Download a graphic - you can use one of the branded social media graphics from the resource library to make your post stand out, but don't worry if you have your own brand, the inclusion of the logo lock-in and complying with the conditions is enough

We will look out for your posts and share them where we can - the more noise we make together, the better.
